The following is the intro to a current survey. It appears to come from Adobe once done, it redirects to blog.adobe.com. As fonts on the web IS a big issue, it is nice to be able to have a say:

This is a survey to gather Web content designers’ feedback about two different approaches to having fonts on a Web server that can be used by Web pages.

Apart of the current survey, SurveyMonkey is a good link to have: in many situations a survey is be the perfect tool to get clear feedback - how about asking all of your past clients some detailed questions about how happy (or not) they are with your past service - and here is an easy way to be able to do exactly that.
